About Lisa Gahan

I have focused on social development for over 12 years, working with all levels of government, United Nations, and non profit organizations in the U.K., U.S.A. and South Africa. As part of KPMG’s Human and Social Services (HSS) practice, we help our clients to improve service delivery, and ultimately the lives of the disadvantaged or vulnerable populations they serve. Social issues are among the most complex but most important to tackle – through good governance, programme design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. I am passionate in particular about gender equality and women’s empowerment. Follow me on @GahanInAfrica. I look forward to engaging in dialogue with you on these important issues.
